  1. Cast Acrylic

LUCITE cast acrylic sheet is unique because the color goes all the way through the material. Cast acrylic color will not fade over time. The surface is easy to clean and when cleaned according to the manufacturer's directions, the surface will retain a showroom finish for many years.
  2. Gel-Coat Fiberglass
    Known simply as fiberglass, this material is available in a variety of sizes and shapes to fit any bathroom. Over the past 25 years more fiberglass tubs have been installed in new or remodeled baths than any other material. It is warm to the touch making for a more relaxing experience. The water stays warmer much longer than cast iron or steel. The LMW gelcoat composition includes titanium which adds strength and durability to our products. The fiberglass baths are available in a wide array of colors and styles. Our gelcoat units are widely used in some of the top hospitals and health care facilities in the country.   3. Porcelain Enameled Steel
    This option requires a tiled surface called a "wet wall" that costs more than the tub itself to be applied. Even though this material is sturdy, the enamel coating has a tendency to chip. Due to the fact that it is made of steel, it is very cold to the touch and cools bath water faster.
  4. Cast Iron
    Having been the material from which claw foot tubs were made, it’s the most durable bath material on the market. It is only available in a very limited number of shapes and sizes. Being it is so heavy; any tub made of cast iron may require additional structural support in the floor beneath it. As an enameled surfaces, cast iron is also cold to the touch, cools bath water faster and the coating has a tendency to chip.
